Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tickets for Dream Pro Wrestling events are sold and managed through Headliners Music Hall or its designated ticketing provider. Ticket refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to Headliners Music Hall and/or the ticketing provider’s policies.
Sponsorship packages are sold separately and are generally non-refundable once payment is received, as sponsorship funds may be used immediately for event production, marketing, promotional materials, venue-related costs, and other non-refundable expenses. Sponsorship benefits may also begin before the event date, including logo placement, digital promotion, print materials, social media recognition, and event planning.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, sponsorship packages will transfer to the new event date. If the event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, Dream Pro Wrestling will review sponsorship payments on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund, sponsorship credit, or alternative promotional benefit depending on benefits already delivered and expenses already incurred.
No refunds are guaranteed for sponsor cancellation, failure to attend, unused vendor space, unused tickets, or missed promotional opportunities due to late submission of sponsor materials.
By purchasing a sponsorship package, sponsors agree to this policy.
